Pharmacy
The Center for Living Well Pharmacy in Celebration is an extension to your Primary Care Provider (PCP). The focus of the Pharmacy is to collaborate with your Provider to ensure that your healthcare needs are taken care of. At the Center for Living Well Pharmacy, our Pharmacists focus on you, the patient. We offer medication reconciliation review consultations with recommendations for your Provider, medication synchronization and more.

Gynecology, Maternity and Fertility
Along with our general primary care services, we offer the following: breast cancer screenings, pregnancy testing, pelvic exams, contraception counseling, STD testing and counseling, cervical cancer screenings (Pap smears), LGBTQ+ care, comprehensive family care, hormone therapy and education for self-awareness.
Designed exclusively for Disney employees, Cast Members and Covered Family Members, the Gaea Center provides concierge care and a full range of gynecology and reproductive care, including preventive care, obstetrics, fertility, and wellness services, all in a modern, welcoming, tech-enabled healthcare setting.
BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
At the Center for Living Well we believe that your mental and emotional well-being are just as important as your physical health. With our behavioral health services, you and your family can get the support you need, conveniently located close to work or virtually. Our licensed clinical social worker actively works as part of your care team to support your overall health, while making you feel safe and comfortable. You can reach them in-person or virtually, through video or by phone.*
With a blended approach of counseling techniques and evidence-based talk therapy, our behavioral health counseling services cover anxiety, depression, stress management, PTSD, ADHD, grief, adjustment challenges, substance abuse, work/life balance, family conflict and sleep issues. VISION
Good eye health is vital to your overall wellness, which is why we offer a full range of vision care to Disney Employees, Cast Members and their covered family members. Our vision team can meet all your eye-care needs with our state-of-the-art equipment all within the Center for Living Well. You can check another office visit off your list and get the care you need all under one roof.
Our vision services include comprehensive eye exams, lens fittings, color vision exams, foreign body removal, glaucoma care, visual field testing and the diagnosing, managing and treatment of ocular disease. In addition, we can provide a wide range of Disneylook frames from name brand manufacturers, and a broad section of lenses, including special designs and enhancements.
CONDITION MANAGEMENT
You don’t have to navigate your health alone. With our condition management services, you and your family can get the support you need to manage your conditions and take control of your health. Our providers will come up with personalized treatment strategies to help you make positive lifestyle changes to prevent, improve, manage or even reverse certain health issues.
Our treatment plans are tailored to meet your unique needs and can address a range of conditions such as asthma, high blood pressure, obesity, diabetes, pregnancy, pre-diabetes and more. We can provide one-on-one coaching, disease specific education, self-care training and condition management tactics, diet guidelines and physical activity goals, medication counseling and preventive and ongoing monitoring to manage your conditions and help Disney Employees, Cast Members and covered family members stay well.
Infusion Therapy
The Center for Living Well – Celebration offers clinical expertise to meet your unique needs by using infusion therapies as part of your medication treatment plan. Our certified infusion nurse will work with your provider to deliver best-in-class care. They will monitor your therapy while safely managing possible side effects and avoiding negative drug interactions. We also ensure your comfort by offering this service in a tranquil environment. All infusion therapies are delivered in a private suite with massage recliners, heated blankets, snacks and refreshments, a personal TV with streaming services, WiFi access and chairs for companions.

LAB SERVICES
To better support Disney Employees, Cast Members and covered family members’ needs, we offer clinical laboratory services that include onsite testing, as well as specimen collections for offsite processing. Our turnaround time for processing routine lab tests is typically 24 to 48 hours. Results can be sent to you electronically through the My Premise Health patient portal or discussed with your provider in a follow-up appointment, in-person or virtually.
We have the ability to perform and process the following tests onsite with immediate results: finger stick glucose, rapid strep, influenza testing, urine pregnancy testing, urine dip screenings, rapid mono and H-Pylori testing.
Our Quest Lab Technicians can perform lab draws on site with results back to your provider in 72 hours or less: Routine labs like Serum Glucose, Lipid testing, Thyroid testing and Hemoglobin A1C.
VACCINES
Vaccines are an essential part of public health, which is why we offer convenient access to vaccinations at the Center for Living Well. Your provider or pharmacist can determine which ones are right for Disney Employees, Cast Members and covered family members based on your age, conditions and other factors. You can then easily schedule an appointment or simply walk-in to get your vaccines administered by your provider or pharmacist.
We offer a variety of routine vaccines to protect your health and our community, including Influenza, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Human Papilloma Virus (HPV), MMR, Pneumococcal, Tdap/Td, Varicella
and Zoster.
